As the air turns colder, it’s the perfect time to appreciate all the beauty that can be found in the diversity of the seasons. Prince Edward Island’s beauty comes in many forms, and every season brings it’s own special kind of magic.
FALL
The days grow shorter and the air grows colder, but Mother Nature’s colour palette never disappoints. Fall is the best time of year to hit the trails and soak in the brilliant autumn sun.
WINTER
The striking beauty of a winter landscape in PEI is unrivalled. Our fields and beaches are blanketed in bright white snow and everything seems to take on a graceful glow. With blue skies overhead, strap on your snow shoes and head out to explore one of these unforgettable Island scenes, like the Cape Egmont lighthouse on North Cape Coastal Drive.
SPRING
The colours and freshness of spring are always cause for celebration on our Island! When the snow thaws from our farmers’ fields, signs of new life are all around. PEI potato farms sprout with new buds and colourful tulips make a coastal drive that much more scenic.
SUMMER
Our Island is beautiful all year round, but nothing can beat Prince Edward Island in the summer. Four months of sparkling beaches, glowing sunshine, and delicious seafood pairs so well with the picturesque beauty of PEI.
