Insider’s Tip

Not quite ready to dive right in to a membership? Modo Yoga also offers convenient purchase options for drop-ins, 10 or 20 Class Cards, and a special Intro promo for your first month!

Modo Yoga is Charlottetown’s hottest yoga studio, offering a dynamic range of hot yoga classes, suitable for both beginners and seasoned students. The classes are designed to challenge, inspire, and relax, while providing a safe, comfortable, and supportive atmosphere for a mindful practice, so you can choose to go with the flow or at your own pace. Also popular among members and visitors are their Barre classes featuring a low-impact full body workout that offers a real burn!

With a visit to Modo Yoga, you’ll find way more than a studio. You’ll find an inspiring community joined together by a deep love for yoga, commitment to sustainability, and desire to spread peace and positivity. True to the collective’s mandate, their 6 Pillars (Be Accessible, Be Community, Be Green, Be Healthy, Be Peace, Live to Learn) are mindfully woven into their programs and practices!

Every week, students can participate in a Karma class, a donation-based class that helps raise funds for non-profit organizations locally and around the globe. Inspired by their Be Accessible Pillar, their Energy Exchange program is a big chunk of the beating heart of Modo Yoga. Passionate and dedicated students can apply to be Energy Exchangers, offering 4 hours of service per week in exchange for unlimited classes and additional perks!

And while the studio offers an affordable On Demand online platform with all kinds of classes and time slots to fit your schedule, the Virtual Studio also gives you the option to tune in to your favourite classes with local teachers you already know and love. Whether you prefer to practice in studio or in your living room, get ready to stretch, strengthen, and sweat it all out with Modo Yoga!
