Cavendish is PEI’s bustling summertime destination. Many people around the world are familiar with and love Lucy Maud Montgomery’s Anne of Green Gables stories, which are based around this scenic hotspot on the beautiful North Shore. Green Gables, a museum dedicated to the fictional story is a ‘must visit’ for every ‘Anne’ fan.

Cavendish boasts award winning golf courses, amusement parks, stunning beaches, an abundance of accommodation from campgrounds to hotels and the Cavendish Boardwalk provides a variety of shopping and restaurants. There’s plenty to do for everyone.

Cavendish is also the gateway to the spectacular PEI National Park, where dramatic red sandstone cliffs meet pristine white sand beaches.
