Plan Your VisitPEI Beaches

Greenwich Beach, PEI National Park

Greenwich Beach is part of PEI National Park and is one of the quieter beaches in the park, a favourite for those who don’t mind going a little further.

Home to the Island’s largest sand dunes, Greenwich is known for its floating boardwalk, rolling marshland, and wide stretch of shoreline. The sand goes on for what feels like forever, making it ideal for long walks along the water.

Located outside the busier North Shore tourist areas, Greenwich offers a little more space without giving up the amenities of other National Park beaches.

The parabolic dunes and beach area are protected. Stop into the on-site interpretive centre to learn more about the coastal landscape and why the dunes matter.

A valid Parks Canada pass or daily admission fee is required.
