Memories are made by doing, so make your time on Prince Edward Island unforgettable by carving out a one-of-a-kind culinary class or intimate dinner at The Table Culinary Studio.
During the culinary class, spend time with local farmers or fishermen while soaking in Island culture, before preparing and enjoying the fruits of your labour around the harvest table in the unique rural setting of a beautiful converted church nestled in New London.
Culinary classes begin in the morning and are small in size enabling everyone to have a hands-on and immersive experience – whether it’s in the kitchen or at the farm – learning has never tasted so good!
The Table is part of a rural food community that supports and promotes local food growers, producers, and fishers. Here neighbours are considered friends. Each menu features mostly local organic produce, pasture raised meats, and Island-made foods – because fresh is always the best.
Come dinner time, get ready to experience the warmth of Island hospitality as The Table is transformed into a restaurant seating 20 guests at one large harvest table. Dinners are an exclusive and intimate experience where guests can share their stories of the day over the large family table while interacting with the Chef on a first name basis and enjoying the best local food PEI has to offer.
Needless to say, guests that come to The Table as strangers will depart as friends while sharing memories they won’t soon forget!

Every Friday night in July and August, The Table hosts their “Lobster, Tales and Tunes” evening with iconic Island musician Michael Pendergast. Be one of only 20 guests at this lively culinary musical experience and get a taste of PEI tradition during a succulent four-course feast!
