The host, Chef Kyle Panton of Sims Corner Steakhouse and Oyster Bar in Charlottetown, will inspire and guide visitors to prepare and curate a dish that’s locally sourced and inspired by beautiful P.E.I.

Each event starts out with a reception on The Rivershed patio that overlooks the scenic and peaceful Wheatley River. The reception is followed by a family-style five-course meal, which has been specially lowered in cost this year, and each course can be separately paired with a specific wine or beer selected in collaboration with Chef Kyle Panton and his guests.
But this is not just a meal – it’s one of the top PEI food experiences. One bite and you’ll be hooked by the Island’s bounty of fresh seafood, meat, fruit, vegetables and dairy products that are transformed into a culinary masterpiece with the help of an incredibly talented chef.
