One Stop Shop & Dine

Creamery Boardwalk
15 Milky Way, Charlottetown

Shop and dine while basking in Prince Edward Island’s fresh air and scenic backdrops at the CREAMERY BOARDWALK. The quaint strip mall looks right at home on the bank of the North River and is an enjoyable alternative to the typical mall experience.

Check out How Bazaar!, a chain of stores exclusive to Prince Edward Island, for exotic home décor, fashion and jewellery sourced from all over the world. Or, for some local souvenirs and treats, stop by Anne of Green Gables Chocolates factory and retail store, Silver and Sage or Inspired Living Home & Cottage Décor.

When all that shopping has worked up an appetite, head on over to BOOMburger. Our Island insiders say this is the place to go for the best burger and fries on the Island. After all, the patties are made with 100% fresh Island beef, the buns are grilled with COWS CREAMERY butter, the cheeseburgers are topped with COWS CREAMERY extra old cheddar and of course the fresh cut fries are made from PEI potatoes.

Looking to enjoy more award winning cheese? Check out Moo Moo Grill Cheese serving up eight different gourmet grilled cheese sandwiches using COWS award winning cheese and butter. They slow roast Island turkey, pork, and bacon to provide a fresh, delicious taste of PEI and are famous for homemade mac & cheese.

Or how about a visit to Piatto Pizzeria + Enoteca, PEI’s newest pizzeria, where the taste, style and ingredients are all inspired by Naples, Italy – the birth place of pizza. Experience stone-fired pizzas, where you create your own pizza. Piatto Pronto is inspired by Naples, but it is created by you!

The PEI Brewing Company Beer Station can satisfy your thirst and hunger with handcrafted ales and a small locally inspired menu. Guests can enjoy a cold beer on tap, have a bite to eat, fill up a growler, pick up a 4 pack to go or shop their unique merchandise.

New to the boardwalk this summer, Receiver Coffee and Bakery roasts their own coffee and bakes delicious sweet and savoury treats on-site, ready to be enjoyed, whether you choose to sit in or take it to go!

A trip to the CREAMERY BOARDWALK wouldn’t be complete without a visit to the creamery itself. Take a free, self-guided tour of the world of COWS! See how COWS grew from one store in Cavendish, PEI in 1983, into 12 locations across Canada and Beijing! Watch expert ice cream makers combine ingredients by hand to create Canada’s Best Ice Cream.
