Dalvay By the Sea, Prince Edward Island

Dalvay-by-the-Sea is a National Historic Site of Canada located on the north shore of the PEI National Park. A Queen Anne Revival style hotel, originally constructed in 1895, the resort also served as the fictional White Sands Hotel in the Canadian “Road to Avonlea” television series. The dining experience at Dalvay has always been memorable for local cuisine, ambience and personal service. The MacMillan Dining Room is open to both guests and the public for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Afternoon Tea offered in July & August (12-hour advance reservation required).
